The BSG Recruitment Journey

We follow a rigorous competency-based selection process, using a variety of tools to assess both experiential base and future potential. Candidates get the opportunity to present case study work, along with undergoing competency-based interviews, to a panel of experienced BSG people. A psychometric assessment also forms part of the process. The key elements of our selection process include:

  1. Ensuring you get to engage with a range of existing BSGers
  2. Ensuring that we give every candidate sufficient insight in order to determine whether BSG is the best career choice for them
  3. Reducing the probability that successful applicants will leave the organisation after a short period of time
  4. Meeting legal and social obligations regarding the composition of our workforce
  5. Identifying candidates’ strengths and areas of growth, ready for subsequent on-boarding and development planning
