This means that 70% of what you learn is through on-the-job, experiential learning, 20% is through focused, personalised mentoring and coaching and 10% is through formal learning interventions.
When joining BSG, the first week incorporates a robust orientation programme, including induction, and a self-discovery and values learning experience. Very quickly after orientation, new colleagues join challenging projects. Here they experience high levels of client contact and accountability, appropriate to the industry and individual’s experiential base.
