Sid Bwerinofa, a Principal Consultant at BSG, shared his expertise on transitioning to incremental, iterative approaches for enterprise programme and project management at the Project Management Institute (PMI)’s Africa Conference on 1 September 2015. This year, the three day conference showcased Project Management in Developing Africa and provided delegates with the opportunity to network with leaders and practitioners.
This proudly African conference looked at how Africa can take the global stage and Sid’s presentation, the golden thread of which was, “Africa is different, Africa is changing,” looked at the current environment, what incremental approaches are, and how to implement them. Additionally, Sid challenged the attendees to “be the difference” because as project and delivery managers they are all agents of change can directly influence Africa’s growth.
At BSG, we encourage and support projects designed to make a difference in Africa are committed to growth and sustainable development in Africa. By focusing on helping organisations across Africa implement change that delivers value to both the business and its customers, BSG is able to support this growth and development.
